The IPL Governing Council on Sunday announced the full schedule of the Indian Premier League 2021. This tournament will be played in India only this time. IPL is returning to India after almost two years. This time the matches of this tournament will be held in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata.
The first match of the season will be held in Chennai from 9 April 2021. There will be a competition between Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The IPL playoffs and finals will be played here on 30 May 2021 at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium, the world’s largest cricket stadium. The Pink Ball Test match was played between India and England in the same stadium. Now for the first time an IPL match will be played here.
