Or you can make sure that the place where you will be going on vacation or for a work trip has a gym or makes you cover a day’s steps. So make sure to book your staycation where the gym is there or in the nearest vicinity. It would help you to have the most refreshing start to the day.

Make sure to drink enough water because a proper intake of water will keep your body hydrated even if you have to travel for longer distances. So make sure that you always carry water in your backpack or purse. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout the day.
