Self care is the form of self love, which is very important for you to have a healthy mind and heart. But, I completely understand that taking care of oneself is not easy, it like investing time on me myself. And in this stressful busy schedule, it’s difficult. One condition keeps deteriorating as we are too much engrossed in our work and technology. We hardly make time to breathe some fresh air nowadays. lack of self care affects us physically, mentally, psychologically and much more. You don’t have to spend lots of time into it, but you can figure out the strategies to do self care that would keep your mind healthy, body strong and definitely a glowing appearance.

  1. EAT RIGHT AND WORKOUT

First of all eating good and nutritious food is a part of self care. Try to switch to healthy food instead of packed and processed food. Take to eat oats, fresh veggies, fruits and increase your fibre and protein contents depending on your body. Avoid eating anything right before you go to bed, cut down your sugar content. Do at least 30 mins of workout, a regular physical activity can help you both physically and mentally. Its multi purpose actually, like education of weight, reduction of stress and anxiety.

  1. GO ON A SOLO TRIP

Go for self care or solo trip, as we need time to heal our soul. You need to disconnect, relax, and be rejuvenated, it’s important. If you are a mountain lover go for hiking in transcending Himalayan ranges. also, it doesn’t mean that it has to be very expensive.  It can be in your budget. Spending time outside in nature can be very helpful for you to reduce stress, lower your blood pressure, and helps you to be more mindful. It can help you in reducing fatigue.

  1. GET ORGANISED 

Get organised, in what you do, whatever your plans will be for the day or for upcoming week, plan and implement accordingly. It won’t make you feel messed up. This might be very small change but keeping a planner and work accordingly will help you a lot in keeping your life organised. Also, spend some time reading motivational or inspirational books, or spend some time alone and watch your favourite Netflix series. So for all these you need to schedule your self care time and follow it regularly, and be the change.
